My diet lets me eat only plain, no fat-no sugar yogurt. Since i started adding this coffee to my yogurt i discovered a great dessert! have a try! Add Stevia if you like it sweet. Great also as a regular coffe, very convenient and very good flavor.
I am happy to report that I have NEVER encountered: jitters, crash, burning stomach, nor nausea with this coffee (as was the case with my previous habit of 3 to 4 cups a day of 'regular' coffee).
In my personal experience, this stuff is great. It DOES contain coffee, so you will get a normal caffeine buzz. However, ganoderma extract is the additional ingredient that really does the trick.
